Wear a RED item of clothing. Splash red paint around. Tie red fabric or plastic in the trees, on lamp posts, fences, parking meters, or any public place, vehicle or building. Use RED card or paper and paste it up anywhere. Use RED balloons, RED lipstick. Anything RED will make a statement.
